About Portal Rush: puzzle games are usually something I despise the most in gaming genres. Not because I hate puzzle games itself but due to the constant concentration needed. Most puzzle games tend to have the pacing so off making the player very quickly exhausted. Portal is something even I as a kid could easily finish.What I really like is the pacing in this game. Unlike a lot of puzzle games that revolve around a gimmick, in this case portals, they introduce the feature then give you really heavy puzzles....

About Project Slayers: Played this game Project Slayers with two friends for the first time today, I had played a bit of single player, and neither of my friends had played yet. This all took place over the course of a roughly 5 1/2 hour play session; Dawn of the first day: Friend 1’s first character, Jonny Johnson, dies in the time it takes me to make my character. I find Friend 2 being chased by a horde, we go to jump a fence but I’m tired and carrying too much to climb it (big fence), so I run through a house and lose the horde before walking all the way around the big fence (this takes about 5 minutes real time), I finally get to the other side and don’t see Friend 2....

About Ro Crash: Really fun submarine action game, especially for how little time you need to invest in learning the controls and operation of the sub. It’s not a massive time sink like a full sim can be, but also not as basic as the first game in the series, striking what I think is a good balance in that I can choose to play 10-20 minutes at a time or for hours and have fun either way…and I can not play it for a week or two and jump right back into the patrol without forgetting what to do or how to do it, without feeling like it’s too shallow....

About Shindo Life: A game about throwing a party, that made me feel delighted and happy as I got to know its characters, and melted my cold and cynical heart. I did not expect to love this gem of a game and I do, I absolutely love it. It’s rare that I play a game and the only negative that I can think of is that it doesn’t (yet) have a sequel that I can go and play straight after this one....

About South London 2: I’ve driven this route twice, and the furthest I got was just north of Leighton Buzzard before I finally gave up on it. This route had so much potential, with 113 miles between the capital and second city of the United Kingdom, and six pieces of rolling stock. That was a nice direction to be going in, but it fell short because of poor quality assets and the terrible use of them in the actual route itself....

About Spray Paint: Blown away by how well the can mechanics work. Hold a can close to the wall, it does a sharp strong burst. Hold a can farther away from the wall, it mists the wall. I wish I was a real graffiti artist. Some feedback is I wish the wall was slightly more centered so my chaperone doesn’t show up when I am close to the wall and add more than one save slot for lots of paintings....

About Thief Simulator: A true stealth experience, or like the classic Thief 2, but in a contemporary setting. I find it an awesome stealth game. Do not expect combat, it’s 100% stealth. Beware of reviews that say that it’s a grindy game. The game has 3 neighbourhoods, there is a varied things of to do in the 2nd neighbourhood, it even seems like a new game and then in the 3rd one, you have industries and companies to rob and do tasks....
